Common Questions

How do I start a focus session?

Open Stroved, select a category, and press BEGIN. The timer starts automatically.

How do I change the timer duration?

In the app, use the +/- buttons next to FOCUS, BREAK, and LONG to adjust durations. You can also configure these in Settings.

Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. Your sessions, statistics, and preferences stay on your device.

The calendar integration doesn't work.

Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars and make sure Stroved has access. If it doesn't appear in the list, try removing and re-adding the app.
