Premium Focus Timer for iPhone & iPad

Deep work,
beautifully timed.

iOS 26+ · iPhone · iPad

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

The only server is your device.

Just you, and your focus.

Most timer apps add features until they become the distraction.

Stroved takes the opposite approach. We obsess over what to remove. Every element earns its place through daily use, not feature checklists. The result is a tool so quiet, so focused, it disappears into your workflow — on your iPhone, on your iPad. Exactly where a timer should be.

Questions, answered.

Is Stroved really free?

Yes. The core focus timer, Flow View, iCloud sync, and basic heatmap are completely free — no trial, no ads, no account required. Pro unlocks unlimited sessions, the app blocker, ambient sounds, full statistics, and data export.

Where is my data stored?

Everything stays on your device and in your personal iCloud. Stroved has no server, no database, and no analytics SDK. Your focus data never leaves Apple's ecosystem.

How does the App Blocker work?

Stroved uses Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls). You select which apps to block during focus — iOS enforces the block at the system level. Stroved never sees your app list or usage data. Only Apple handles the restriction.

Does Stroved track me?

No. Zero analytics SDKs, zero tracking pixels, zero telemetry. Stroved doesn't even know how many users it has. Your focus habits are yours alone.

What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?

Nothing — all your data stays. You keep everything you've tracked. You simply lose access to Pro features like the app blocker and ambient sounds until you resubscribe.

Does it work offline?

Fully. The timer, Flow View, and all features work without an internet connection. iCloud syncs automatically when you're back online.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Stroved → Cancel. Apple handles all billing. You can also request a refund directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
